Yes, we ship everywhere but: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
How long does it take?
It takes 2-7 days to make your items. Then add ~5days, shipping time more or less (depending on destination.) NOTE: Expect significant delays due to COVID-19.
Should I size up or down?
Size up, usually. Our apparel is often fitted, so you'll likely want to size-up 1-2 sizes, depending on the item. Since it's individual, we highly suggest you compare your measurements to the individual size-charts at the bottom of each product and look at our sizing-charts.
What's that 'vinegar' smell?
Your clothes are new 'off the presses' upon ordering, they don't sit in a warehouse. When made, a wash was used to aid ink-bonding on them. Lots of companies do this & it's usually gone by shipping time, but if not, give them a wash or two and it will be good.

Wash & Care Instructions
Washing instructions are printed on the tag inside our garments. Following these will ensure your gear has a long, interesting life. Usually, washing your gear inside-out is best. Use cold/warm water, with mild soap. Air-dry, ideally.
Wash your apparel only when absolutely necessary. It prevents wear-&-tear on your garments, plus saves water. If you get a spot of something on it, consider using a rag or sponge to spot-clean.
Dryer heat damages fabric. They cause shrinkage, color fading, and weaken fibers. Line dry clothing or hang on a drying rack instead. You can also try thick plastic hangers in your shower, or on a tension rod in an alcove. Hang shirts from the bottom, and pants/skirts from the waistband so clothespin marks are in a less conspicuous spot. Worst-case, use the lowest heat-setting on your dryer.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 3-5 extra days for order processing and shipping.
Economy Shipping to the United States is $5 (each additional shirt is .75 cents) , Canada $8 (each additional shirt is $1). Duties and taxes will be assessed and collected at checkout.
Express Shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then, unfortunately, we don't ship to you. Or email Cynthia at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will see what she can do to help you.
HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
We use Canada Post for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 3-9 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. The shipping cost, duties and taxes will be assessed and collected at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
